Our room does not have ability to open the window. It was clean and one minute from the beach. There are 4 different pools, so everybody can find the place to swim. Breakfast is simple and place for it is nice, but it outside only, so wish you a good weather!

Studio at the Seagull needs minor updating. Entrance to room on corner of building is awkward. Good for 1 or 2 nights stay. Very close to the beach which was a plus. If it weren't for the long brunette hair I found in the bedding and the fact that there were no beach chairs or beach towels as amenities I would rate this place much higher.

It is a great place to stay, and it is close to the beach. The bed is big and comfortable. The breakfast is nice. Enjoyed the pool. Only negative thing is on Saturday evening a big young family moved in, the kids broke the quiet and peace. But that is understandable. Next time, I would check out on Saturday morning to avoid that happening again. Overall, it is a nice hotel, great value for what I paid for.

Staff were not rude nor courteous. Bathroom had loose floor tiles, a single body soap, old and very poorly tiled tub. The bed seemed fairly decent, and the courtyard was pretty nice. Overall not a bad place to stay for a budget with it being close to the beach, but nothing I would give more than a three star.
