I believe her name was Tiffany at front desk was so friendly and helpful....the location is unbeatable and the chairs and umbrella for beach sitting was a nice surprise...rooms were clean and already making plans to return! Loved waking up right in front of the beach

The boardwalk music is very loud late at night, and you can hear neighbors in adjacent rooms, including those above and below. The room cleanliness is lacking, with mold visible on the shower ceiling and walls. I selected an oceanfront room only to discover that the windows are bolted shut and there is no balcony. The hotel sits mid-block in a one-way alley, causing Uber, DoorDash, and Instacart deliveries to call me because they couldn't find the entrance, so I had to meet them at the next block. Despite these issues, the hotel's location is excellent, and after a thorough renovation, I would consider staying here again.

They have been working so hard to make improvements to the hotel and it shows. I have stayed here 8 times now and every time I see upgrades. Love this little gem on the boardwalk. It is super clean and always smells amazing.

Very clean , staff was friendly. One thing we would suggest . The shower floor is very slippery. No grab bars . Maybe a non skid mat would help. We love this hotel though. Our 4 th time here!

The location of this hotel is perfect! Walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the beach right out the door. It's definitely a dated hotel, though, with few amenities. You are paying for the location, that's about it.

The beach view was excellent. The stay was complicated by continuous loud music from a speaker from the adjacent restaurant that started around 7:30 a.m. and lasted till 10 p.m. Avoid the rooms adjacent to the lobby on the second floor. The room was clean, the desk staff were excellent. No real amenities to speak of. You are paying for the location and view. The hotel has only two rooms with real balconies so don't anticipate one unless you request it.

The cleaning staff were responsive and invested in making guests happy. Front desk staff could have been a lot more helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Also, one of the main reasons I chose this location was so I could sleep with the windows open for the fresh air and sound of waves but found out that the windows are sealed shut- this should have been communicated prior to booking.
