The lobby air freshener was completely OVERWHELMING, too strong odor! It could be smelled outside the front lobby doors. I also suspect bedbugs as I came home with itchy bites all over my arms and legs. Staff were very kind and helpful. I would not stay at this facility again sadly. Regards, Kelly.

I enjoyed my stay at the Best Western Fort Myers Inn & Suites. The staff is communicative and personable. They are very welcoming. The entire building from ground floor, is clean and you see staff working daily to keep it well looked after. I'll definitely stay at this location in the future.
