My experience was terrible. They gave me a room with no air conditioning. When I went to the lobby to report it, they told me I had to plug it in. And I wonder—if I booked a room for four nights, why didn’t the hotel check the room beforehand, and why did I have to be the A/C technician? I went back to the room and, of course, the A/C didn’t work. I returned to the lobby and they gave me another room, 118, which was even worse. The bathroom was deteriorated, a piece of furniture was broken, and there was a strong gas smell coming from the laundry dryers. I went back to the lobby and they told me they had no more options, no rooms available. I asked them to cancel my reservation, and to this day we are still dealing with the manager, who has not responded to my complaint. Do not go there.
