Room phone wad broken. It was super loud overnight. Staff did nothing about it. Could hear loud music through earplugs. Hotel was also under construction so pool was closed and overall very busy outside the rooms.

The room was clean, but there was renovations happening so the stairs were not clean and signs saying to keep stairway doors closed at all times and the pool was closed. We also had to wait for breakfast. Even though we were there during breakfast hours we had to wait for any hot food to be available.

The first room was ice cold because there was no heat on with snow storm coming. The bathtub had black mold and a broken water handle. The toilet was running nonstop. The 2nd room on 3rd floor was renovated. No phone jack. The tvs in all rooms didn't work but the tv in breakfast room worked until we asked why...she disconnected the signal. We tried to watch movies on laptop, but the electrical outlets overheated the cord, giving off a burning smell. The entire hotel was a death trap. Construction materials everywhere in hall, gym, the pool, parking lot and in the stairwells. We were unable to use the stairs if fire broke out. I was struck in this dump for two days,then I moved to the holiday inn express. I was in town for my mom's funeral and to clear out her home. It would have been nice to relax and utilize the amenities but it only made this painful time worst. I have multiple pictures of all the violations. Multiple people threaten to call the fire Marshall on Monday. I would never stay here again

This hotel is under construction & should not be open to the public. Things not available or didn’t work: front doors, pool, no tv service, no coffee, no trash cans in room, no housekeeping service, shower curtain had no liner, stairwells used for construction storage making them unusable, dispensers in bathroom not installed etc.,. This stay was utterly atrocious.

Poor quality breakfast. Coffee was terrible apple juice was water, no service to keep items filled. Sausage was disgusting. Pool was closed and filled with construction items, room wasn’t super clean, bathtub is white but worn down to yellow in bottom, vanity was super dusty, dining room chairs are very worn and dirty. Toilet had to hold handle to flush.

Worst service I have ever encountered. Front desk was rude, disrespectful, and insulting. Glad we had this encounter before making our long term reservations as it would have been a mistake. Ended up unable to check in and took business elsewhere.

There was construction going on for all of our stay. Support offered no help and even disconnected on me. Support or i were unable to reach the staff. I wouldnt recommend staying until construction is completed.

Motel is obviously having construction and remodeling. Maybe when it’s finished,it will be better. It leaves a lot to be desired now! Staff that we saw were okay. The room was clean, however the bathroom tub looked like it had black mold in spots.

The room was in terrible condition. Leak in the bathroom ceiling that caused the paint to peel and hang down. Walls were damaged. It was clear someone through a party in the room as the tape from the decorations was still on the walls. Shower caulking was black and moldy from not being cleaned well, as was the grout. Found food garbage behind our nightstand. The breakfast is undercooked. They are undoing renovations but it is hidden on their website. Pool cant be used as the area is filled with renovation materials. Doesnt looked like anything has been cleaned or maintained in a long time. Asked for a manager and was told to ask in the morning. Tried in the morning and still was not able to speak with a manager. I firmly believe they should be closed until renovations are complete and they have clean room for people to stay in. We paid just as much for this hotel as we wouldve staying in a clean one, the price was not cheap. Will never be going back.
