Horrible experience — DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was extremely dirty and unsanitary. There were bugs and what appeared to be fleas in the room. The comforter was filthy, with visible blood stains and hair packed under the sheets. The towels were also dirty and had lipstick stains on them. The property itself is very old and clearly not maintained. Everything felt worn down and unclean, making it uncomfortable and unsafe to stay. After reporting the bugs, the manager refused to refund the stay. They only agreed to cancel the remaining nights, even though the room conditions were unacceptable from the start. This place should not be in business in its current condition. I strongly recommend booking elsewhere and saving yourself the stress and disappointment. Brittney was very nice, but that didn’t help.

Had a problem with the room but the front desk people got in corrected. The pull out sofas were terrible in both rooms. No way anyone over 50 lbs could sleep in them. Noisy by the feeeway but interior suites were quieter.
