+ The staff was great. - The towels in the bathroom were worn to base and gray in color + Restaurant food was really good. - Airport shuttle only goes to terminal 1. If you have a lot of luggage, you are better off taking a taxi

We booked a quick overnight for an early morning flight and were pleased with the room and hotel. Very clean room and we enjoyed a burger and pizza at the pub for dinner. Not fancy but very good rate and staff were friendly.

Staff was friendly. Room was nice but shampoo was empty and water in sink did not flow away as it should have. Worst thing is that they do not have free parking for hotel guests, that's a shame. The pay parking close by is very expensive and you have no alternative! The shuttle bus to airport also costs extra, not good service. Restaurant and breakfast were great and good price. Bed was good, night was quiet, slept well.

This was the only hotel I stayed at in Germany that had an adjustable in-room AC unit, and I absolutely loved that! Hotel was very easy to reach by bus and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The dinner buffet was okay; some of the food was a bit cold but otherwise it was tasty. The breakfast buffet was top-notch, I'd eat there again in a heartbeat! The only thing the hotel didn't have (at least in my room) were charging outlets next to the bed. I had to use an outlet on the other side of the room to charge my phone, whereas most hotels have one next to the nightstand. I obviously was able to charge my phone, but that was a little annoying. Otherwise it was a great stay and I would probably stay here again if I find myself flying via Frankfurt Airport!
