One front desk clerk was smug and teased, joked, and kidded about things I thought she was serious about like the snacks stating the 6 snacks I got cost $24. She is the evening clerk. The morning clerk did not charge me for the snacks.We didn't appreciate her condescending attitude. If I was her boss, I would fire her for not knowing how to genuinely treat the customer with sincere care. She's only been there a year. She has alot to learn. She came across better than us. We felt very intimidated and embarrassed by her. She did not make us feel welcome. She seemed distracted with her own affairs as if she was kissing up to other staff or boss. She works part time I guess in the eveings and night. She was small in stature and had blonde hair. She laughed at me after we were done with each other.We are deciding whether or not we will stay at a Radisson again. First impressions were lousy. We'd like to be reimbursed partial if not total for the hassle. Very disappointed and disappointing. We will not recommend you all to anyone else unless you can remedy this. That is all,.

The room needed attention. The ceiling in the bathroom is peeling paint. The toilet flushed weird and stopped up once. I told the guy up front that the fridge didn’t work and was leaking all over the floor on the first night after all of our food got ruined. He said he would get it switched out but that never happened. The beds were comfy.

Our room didn’t have hot water, the Wi-Fi was out in the building, the fridge didn’t work, the coffee machine didn’t work (though they fixed that!), and the heater cycled on and off every five minutes. We have stayed at this property five times before. Previous stays were fine, but this was very disappointing.

The hotel had no hot water or WiFi for the entire 4 days we were there. Every day it was another story “a part is back ordered” etc. they claimed to have refunded me 50% but I’ve not seen the credit yet. Seemed like they left the young clerks (some of them like teenagers) to answer to the many irate customers and they clearly knew nothing.

The Radison Freehold staff took the time to call us before we arrived to let us know that the hot water and wifi were not working. They moved our reservation to a different nearby hotel and everything was seamless. Many thanks to them for being proactive and so helpful, saving us time at check in and making our trip a smooth one!

We stayed here on a trip to New Jersey to visit my family. The room was clean. The decor was average. I went to lobby for coffee in the morning around 8:15. Unfortunately, I had to wait. The staff was still making the coffee. The front desk attendant was kind but not attentive. The worst part of the stay was the shower. The shower was not hot. We were disappointed to take a lukewarm shower after a day of traveling. The stay was just ok.

Arrived on the Monday before Christmas to spend time with friends and family. Checked in and nobody alerted us to the fact the wi fi doesn’t work and more importantly there was no hot water. Throughout our stay of 4 nights over Christmas we never had hot water or wi fi which wouldn’t have been huge but I needed the wi fi for a project. The hot water in my opinion is a health code violation and towards the end the ice machines quit working. The staff was excellent it wasn’t their fault but management was no where to be found and even after sending an e mail over 24 hours ago, no response. Spent almost 600 to have no hot water for 4 days.
