DELUXE 2 BR + LOFT / 3 BA CONDO - RIVERI - VAULTED CEILINGS

River Glen Condo on ihana 2 makuuhuoneen + parvi / 3 kylpy deluxe huoneisto (nukkuu 6) keskustassa Frisco. Tonnia aurinkoa tulvaan tähän yksikköön suurista ikkunoista. Rentoudu kuuntelemalla Ten Mile Creekia, joka juoksee takapihalla, kun grillit omalla grillillä!

Olohuoneen keskusosa on puulämmitteinen liesi, joka keskittyy lattiasta kattoon ulottuvilla ikkunoilla, jotka pitävät kaikki paahteiset jopa kylmin päivinä. Lämmitä, kun katsot suosikkielämääsi elokuvia LCD-televisiosta. On täysin varustettu keittiö, jossa on tilaa kuudelle ruokasalin pöydällä ja kaksi muuta aamiaisbaarissa.

Kuningas makuuhuoneessa on oma kylpyhuone ja LCD-TV. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi erillist�� vuodetta ja täysin varustettu kylpyhuone vasta saliin. Ja parvella makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode ja näköala olohuoneeseen, jossa on oma kylpyhuone.

Muita mukavuuksia ovat pesukone / kuivausrumpu yksikössä, täydentävä Wi-Fi, yhteinen poreallas ja yhden auton autotalli, jossa on lisäksi ulkotilapaikat.

Pros: clean, well stocked, really good location. Ample parking. Minor issues dealt with immediately by management. Management was great.Cons: dated( but very clean) interior, beds okay,fireplace didn't work, deck lacked furniture

Wonderful condo

We loved our stay at this condo. We walked to breakfast and dinner each day to the local restaurants. We skied Vail and Copper Mountain from here. They were a 10 and 20 minute very easy drive. Super quick to get to Breckenridge. Condo was very clean, fully stocked with everything you could need. The owner was excellent with communication. We would definitely stay here again.

Great condo for access to Copper

We stayed for four nights and got three full days of snowboarding in at Copper mountain. Access to the free shuttle was super easy and the condo was perfect for our group of three adults: we all had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The loft is a bit more open but it's still a largely private space so worked great for our needs. The only thing I'll say is that the fireplace is featured very prominently in the listing photos, but shortly after we booked we were told it was broken and unlikely to be fixed in the three or so months between our booking and our stay. When we got there, the fireplace had a sign saying it wasn't for guest use, so potentially it wasn't actually broken? It really didn't impact our stay at all: maybe we would have used it maybe not, but if it's a deciding point for you booking this condo just know that it might not actually be usable for your stay.Overall great condo for the price would definitely book again!

They have known this since March 2020 but do you think they bothered to put that on the place details? **** no! Really bummed, we have never bothered to rent a place without a hot tub before and never will. Summit mountain and the owners knew about this but never bothered to tell us.. false advertising!!

Several items were broken or not working (the ice maker, ceiling fan, doorbell, blinds in upstairs bedroom to name a few), Carpets had several spots, outside paint was peeling and falling on the deck, front porch is pulling away from the building. Some of the furniture was cheap and not expected in a premium property.Property management was great. No issues.

We love the area and enjoyed having the creek in the backyard (so relaxing to listen to). We do cook quite a bit and the kitchen had everything we needed. The property was clean and comfortable - - we would definitely stay at this house again. Ease of check in and check out were perfect and the list of things to do upon check-out was short and common sense, no crazy or extensive steps to take.
