Comfortable quick stay

Stayed 1 night with my daughter and her friend. Friendly staff, quick check in, clean, beds were very comfortable, quiet, and spacious. We enjoyed the breakfast also…waffle maker, bagels, sausage, quiesh, oatmeal, cereals, coffee, etc!! Only 1 complaint was the smell of the room when we first walked in (not sure if was the previous guests or not) but we were able to open the window and air it out and was fine after that. I would def stay again!

The staff was nice, the hotel is overpriced for the rundown nastiness. Breakfast was poor limited. First breakfast was full of hot spices, or carb waffles. Pool locked but could see mold alk along the sides. Tv very limited sound was at 100 And still too low to hear. No hot water only warm. Two lamps out. Hole in curtain, mold around bathtub seams. Was bitten by Something on my neck that night. Pillow had yellow an black spot on it. Wasnt worth price paid. See photos rotted wood outside pic, mold? On pillowpic,mold on picture frame in bathroom...way too much to list.and more pics.

Our hot water ne ersorked even after sharing with the front desk. Washing with cold water is very uncomfortable. Also the sink had a drainage issue that the front desk was informed, but it was not fixed either. Other than that the stay was good!

Hateful attitude! We stayed one night, originally. Booked through Expedia . Because we were at a casino we got back to the room late, about 3:30 in the morning. I asked the night shift girl at 3 AM, 30th of June, 2025, if we could extend our stay for one more night because we wanted to sleep in. She said sure. Just tell the front desk tomorrow. She wasn't able to do it at that time, when I awoke about 8:30 AM I called to tell them we were staying another night and could I come down later about noon to pay. She refused to allow me to do that. I asked her if this was for real and she insisted it was company policy for me to pay now, because I booked through Expedia a third party, I begged her to let me sleep in and I’d be down around noon. I’m 79 years old, my husband is 82, handicapped. I got dressed and went down to pay. I was upset and tired. I told her she could try to show some dam mercy and that’s when she told me I was rude, I ask, ”would you do this to your mother?”.. and she leaned towards my face and said loudly,“My mother is dead! Thank you very much.” She let me know she was in charge ,” you just go get packed and leave,” I could deny you from staying here, I said,just run my card! She finally ran my card I walked away and she was talking about me to other people in line and an employee. When she turned around the other employee said,”can I help you”, and I told them I was listening. No one heard her rudeness talking to me earlier on the phone.

Water was luke-warm at best & the room lacked any seating. Most hotels have a couple of chairs & maybe a table, not this one. There was plenty of space in the room, but minimal furniture. Plenty of lighting in the parking lot & everything was clean. Mentioned the water issue to the front desk staff & no offer of a discount or anything. Guess I should have thrown a fit about it.

From the moment we walked in, from desk staff was wonderful. Super helpful, professional, and courteous. We were late for breakfast having only 10 minutes left and the gentleman brought more stuff out for my family to eat. They even had a pack n play for my son. 100% recommend.

It was a hood stay and everything was overall pretty good, i guess the only tiny down side is that my check out was at 11 i had a long night and the cleaners were blasting their music by 9am which i get for them but i was so tired. Other than that it was good!
