The bed was very uncomfortable, however we did get a good nights rest and the floors should have been cleaner there was dirt piled in the corners but overall it was clean.

This place is gross! I’ve never left a hotel to immediately grab Lysol wipes and wipe down every surface. Stay away!!!!!!! We checked out a day early and they kept our money anyway. It was worth every penny to sleep soundly in a clean hotel that didn’t smell like dogs/weed/cigarettes. Our bed has a plastic mattress protector that was ripped and the condition of the mattress was disgusting. Definitely urine stains.

This was a horrible stay that lasted 2 hours until I found another hotel to stay in. The inside of the room was dirty and not what the pictures on the website displayed.. There was two roaches in the bathroom. The positive reviews must be from the owner

My husband and I arrived to find that this establishment is nothing but itinerant housing. Homeless lounged outside and women walked the halls in open bathrobes. This is not the stay we intended for a seldom trip out of town. We checked out and did not stay and demand our credit card be reimbursed—which Expedia gave us the option to pay upon arrival only to find our credit card we used to hold the reservation was charged. Unacceptable and for the safety of your customers, You should remove this place from your list of hotels.

The refrigerator was covered in rust. A door was missing on the cabinets. The towel I started to dry off with after my shower had something black on it. Looked like mold. The walls were dirty. They need painting. No trash can in the room. At least the bed and floors were clean.

Very good!

The room was very very clean The staff are incredible. The air conditioning / heater look brand new and worked amazing. Very well kept and organized. The hotel itself is off of a little road surrounded by trees. What a beautiful little area to have a hotel. I felt very safe and comfortable while there. Would stay again anytime.

Mi experiencia ha sido la más horrible q he vivido en un hotel jamás me Había sentido tan estafada y engañada, llegué con mi familia a las cinco y media de la tarde listos para descansar y bañarnos la entrada era a las tres por lo q imaginas q cuando llegues podrás bañarte y descansar después de un largo viaje, pues la primera sorpresa fue q no teníamos toallas, bajé y le dije a la del front desk que necesitábamos las toallas a lo que nos respondió estan lavándolas y también le pregunté por un blanket pues tampoco había , le pregunté q si necesitaba bajar a buscarlo o lo llevaban a la Habitación y su respuesta fue se lo llevamos , de tanto esperar y por el agotamiento nos quedamos dormidos , desperté a las 10 de la Noche y me asomé a la puerta y no tenía nada , bajé a hablar con ella y cuando me vio entró y salió con dos toallas y dos colchas a lo que le Dije mi familia es de 4 y me respondió que había estado muy ocupada y que no tenía más nada q darme , solo dos toallas d ébano nada más ni medianas ni pequeñas , me quede tan frustrada y enojada con su respuesta y frialdad que decidí subir casi con deseos de llorar y salir corriendo, ha sido la peor experiencia en un hotel cuando he viajado, nunca más pienso volver a ese lugar que solo me Recuerda enojo y malestar, además las paredes sucias, el refrigerador picado por fuera, los colchones y almohadas terribles, siento tener que decir todas estas cosas pero fue nuestra triste realidad y espero que le Sirva. My stay was absolutely horrible. We had to be moved three times on the very first night. The A/C and heater in the first room didn’t work, and with temperatures dropping to 37°F, it was unbearable. In the second room, the stove caught a mini fire as soon as I attempted to use it. The third room had a broken TV, and I had two children under 13 with me. The final room was better, but the beds were incredibly uncomfortable with no padding, making it impossible to sleep. To top it off, we woke up to two roaches in our bathroom. In just one night and day, we experienced all of this with no offer of a rate reduction. We were told if we left, we wouldn’t get a refund, so we were stuck in a terrible situation. One staff member even informed us that a room down the hall was infested after we complained about the roaches. Additionally, two out of three dresser drawers were completely broken, making it impossible to even unpack. This was a horrible experience, and I would not recommend staying here.

This property is managed by amateurs. No one at the "desk" for over 30 minutes, then she had no idea if she had my room. Already paid through Expedia. Room - no phone connected to a phone line, had to go back down stairs for everything, including the wifi code. The next morning = no towels, declined to get dressed and go down stains to obtain towels that should have been in room. Room stripped of everything that could be stollen, (I'm guessing) - as there wasn't even a cup to heat water in microwave. 4th class operation - should be listed as 4th Class or lower...
