Starting Nov. 6, the cabin is decked out in festive Christmas décor, adding a touch of holiday sparkle to your mountain getaway. Nestled in the peaceful Cobbly Nob community, you’ll enjoy mountain serenity with convenient access to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Enjoy a private hot tub, warm fire pit, classic arcade table, Indoor gas fireplace, fast Wi-Fi, and those “wow” mountain views. Come make memories sweeter than grandma’s peach cobbler!

Good to Know Before Arriving at Mockingbird Perch:

Primary renter must:
*be 21+ years of age,
* sign rental agreement within 24 hours upon receiving,
* provide a government-issued photo ID matching the reservation name,
* provide a list of guest names staying in the cabin,
* be present during the booking period.


Cabin Location Reference:
To get a sense of how far we are from Gatlinburg’s fun spots, use Cobbly Nob Security Office (105 Bent Creek Rd, Gatlinburg, TN) as a reference point on Google map.

Security Camera:
We’ve got a motion-activated Ring floodlight camera on the top left corner of the front of the cabin. It watches the driveway only. That’s the only camera on the property.

What We Provide:

Starter supplies of: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwashing and laundry pods, and hotel sized soap shampoo & conditioner

We appreciate your understanding!

Lil’ Ones:
Please keep a close eye on children near the balcony hot tub, and fire pit. Kids under 6 aren’t allowed in the hot tub.

Parking Info:
Flat driveway with room for 3 cars.
No street parking allowed.

Security Patrols:
The resort’s got on-site security that makes rounds regularly.

The Drive Up:
Some roads in the resort are a little curvy and hilly, but the road to our cabin is paved and not too difficult to drive.

Critters & Creatures:
Our place is sprayed monthly inside and out by pros, but we’re in the woods — y’all might still see some bugs or even a bear or two!

Weather Warnings:
This is mountain living y’all! On rare occasions, snow or ice might make 4-wheel drive helpful. Power, internet, or roads can be affected by weather — these things are out of our control and don’t qualify for refunds.

Travel Insurance Recommended:
Life happens! We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance just in case plans change. Vrbo offers it at checkout, or y’all can choose your own provider.
