Rip off

Advertised with hot tub and jacuzzi. Neither worked and Venture Resorts did not notify us about this. However, they did send us an email right before check-in about the video machine not working. The housekeeping is terrible. Upon our arrival, the end tables and coffee table was covered in crumbs and sticky spots. The couch had dried milk on it. The carpet had not been vacuumed. The bathroom floor was not swept. We were so disappointed! We thought by going through VRBO we were renting a property by an owner, not a management company like Venture Resorts. It was our 20th wedding anniversary and were very disappointed with the everything, as well as being lied to and insulted by their customer service.

This cabin was an amazing experience. The number of places to sleep and the amazing view to wake up to is just amazing! It is only about 5 mins away from Gatlinburg!
