This is a small, independent hotel with great customer service, extremely clean rooms, easy accessibility to town, and it was cozy and comfortable for our stay. Pet-friendly, too!

The beds were very uncomfortable. You can hear everything around you and if you’re close enough you can hear everyone in the lobby because the doors don’t meet the floor. The room wasn’t swept and the comforter had a weird stain.

Very good option for affordable and close to town

The front desk employee (owner I think) was very nice and friendly at check in. The property was clean andaintaimed well for a budget hotel. The room itself was nice and had upgraded floors. The TV worked and had a remote. There was a mini fridge and microwave. Very close to amenities. I do wish they changed the towels and trash daily during our multi-day stay. We didn't specifically ask for this service but assumed it would be provided and it was not. Overall the location is great, the price was competitive and the stay was clean, comfortable and we felt safe the entire time. Quiet at night also. Breakfast was ok. I would stay here again.

For myself and my wife if your going to charge almost 400 bucks for 4 days and 3 nights at least make sure its worth the price our room and the rooms around the property need major upgrades the ac unit had no numbers on it like it was pretty much faded same with the phone, the fan in the bathroom was broken there was no vent to cover the dust the toilet is on its las leg the shower had good water pressure just the knob was backwards the bed was comfortable but the pillows were wonky

The property manager was very friendly and hospitable. The mountain view feom the front of the hotel is gorgeous. This hotel is quiet and peaceful, and in a very convenient location near Iron Mountain Hot Springs and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!
