No Parking on grass. We have a septic tank that cost $15,000. A car can crush it.
No more than 6 guest is allowed and NO PARTIES! Our septic tank cannot accommodate more than 8 people.
We work extremely hard to make our rental what it is. Guest are expected to care for it and respect it like their own.
