It is only 100 m to the natural beach.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped, so you can cook together on the induction hob or enjoy a coffee from the filter coffee machine or Nespresso machine.
The house has two bedrooms, which are located in the basement.
One bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200 cm), the other has two single beds (90 x 200 cm each).
Both bedrooms have pleated blinds to darken the rooms.
The cosy sofa bed in the living room offers two additional sleeping places.
The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower.
The highlight of the semi-detached holiday home is the 17 m² roof terrace with a panoramic view of the Baltic Sea.
Here you can relax on the sun loungers or enjoy the sunset in the evening while barbecuing with the charcoal table grill.
Two private parking spaces are available directly in front of the house.
An electric charging station is also available for your use.
It is also possible to book the other half of the house in combination for more travellers.
Outside of the school holidays in Schleswig-Holstein, renovation work is currently being carried out on the sewer system in the surrounding streets.
