We were on the first floor and it was very noisy both from the housekeeping staff on the floor and from the guests in the room above us. Also, there was a homeless man sleeping inside on a cart just inside of the side door.

The customer service was great. Our room had a funny odor. The bathroom door did not latch and was dirty with something splashed on it. The beds were comfy. I would highly recommend getting a 2nd story room as the people above us were very, very noisy pacing ba k and forth. Keeping us up most of the night.

Good stay for the price, although way too much chlorine in the pool, my eyes were burning 5 sec I walked into the pool house. Disappointed we couldn't swim. Another guest said she was having trouble breathing. So I hope they consider fixing this issue.Staff were friendly otherwise, beds were comfortable, coffee was hot and fresh.

"Queen" rooms have only "full" sized beds.

The stay overall was good. However, I was dissatisfied that the "QUEEN" room did NOT have a QUEEN SIZED BED! I notified the front desk that it only had a FULL sized bed and was told that was the size bed in all the QUEEN rooms! So, an otherwise good stay was diminished by BAIT and SWITCH false advertising, which was quite stupid of them to do because people usually don't like being lied to and if their room description was honest, I would have paid the extra $10 for the KING room, because I'm 6'1" 295 lbs and my wife is not tiny so it would have been well worth it. It seems really stupid to think I will have to ask what size bed a queen room has in it from now on, but many people don't even know there's a difference but my feet hung over the end of a 74" full but fits an 80" queen nicely.

The property is old. Single queen room is tiny tiny tiny. No coffee maker in the room. Charged $25 for a pet at the hotel after paying what I thought was a pet rate through Travelocity. So total stay was $175 which, for this place, is highway robbery.
