My stay was very pleasant overall. The facilities were impeccably clean, and I particularly enjoyed taking a relaxing dip in the hot jacuzzi after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast served in the morning was both delicious and nutritious, featuring a variety of fresh items. However, I have one suggestion: the apples available at breakfast were wilted, discolored, and looked quite unappetizing in the basket—yet they were the only fruit option, with no other choices available. Additionally, the girl at the check-out counter in the morning could improve her customer service approach. A friendly smile and a phrase like "Thank you for your stay; we hope to see you again" would have been more welcoming than simply handing over the receipt without so much as a greeting or a smile. This lack of warmth conveyed a sense of disinterest and insensitivity.

We stayed at this hotel in Flagstaff, Arizona and booked two queen rooms. The beds were comfortable, and the extra pillows and comforter I requested were provided without any issue, which I appreciated. The pool and hot tub were a nice amenity. Both were clean, worked properly, and were a big plus for our family. The parking lot is quite small and made unloading and loading the car a bit difficult, especially with kids and luggage. Check-in was frustrating. Due to an accidental booking error on our end with the date, we ended up having to essentially double pay. When the front desk attendant couldn’t locate our reservation, he wasn’t very helpful, and when we asked about possibly switching the night, we were told we would have to pay for both nights anyway. He also mentioned referring us to the manager but stated they “definitely” wouldn’t do anything about it, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. The cookies in the lobby were a huge hit with our two hungry kids at 10 PM and honestly helped keep things calm while we worked through the check-in issues. Breakfast was just okay. The food was fine, but there were no non-pork protein options available, so I could only eat eggs. There were a few room issues as well. The toilet ran continuously, and the bathroom only had two towels, so I had to go downstairs to get more. Housekeeping was also quite loud in the hallway around 8 AM, which made it hard to rest.
