First, the staff was amazing. We were checked in by the most professional and courteous staff. The rooms were very nicely appointed and it was a very comfortable stay. The lobby pool table and games made for an entertaining afternoon.

Room was pretty small and we were right by the exit door. Wouldn't have been so bad of there was even a little bit of isolation between the exterior and our room but there wasn't. From 3am until 6am people were coming in and out with crashing doors which kept us up. Maybe invest in some soundproofing of the rooms?!?

Picked this hotel based off the good reviews and its central location in town. The room itself was not clean, sheets stained, and mold in the bathroom. We ended up walking down the street and checking into a different hotel for our stay.

Staff were professional. Loved the pool table and variety of games in the lobby. Room was clean, modern design. Single bed rooms better looking and less cramped than double. Microwave and fridge were a nice touch, plus wifi and no hidden / parking / resort-type fees. Didn't appreciate the large gap of the bathroom door, didn't offer much privacy. Only stayed one evening, but one of the worst nights of sleep in my life. The mattress and pillows, the bedding, the train, the thin walls... I've never stayed at another hotel where I could clearly hear the conversation of another family in their room. Not muffled sounds - distinct words. Both adults got very little sleep. Also noticed a gap between the wall and a/c as we packed to leave, you could see outside. Make sure you pack ear plugs. Maybe requesting a room opposite from the train station would help.

We had a wonderful stay at The Ellsworth Hotel! Scott greeted us and was very friendly and helpful at check-in. The lobby is beautifully decorated with great amenities. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. Great location near shops and restaurants. Would stay here again!

Easy check-in, friedly staff. Nice new lobby with beer/wine bar - clean and modern. Property clean and rooms modern and clean with comfortable beds. Close walking to all the Downtown Williams stuff. Great BBQ place right next door with full bar and nice family friendly outdoor area. Literally just steps to the grocery store. We'll stay here again, for sure.
