Required a lot of walking. It would be helpful if the buildings or doors were numbered on the outside.

We stayed 3 days. You have to empty your own trash and ask for clean towels. Finally, after having no room attendance, they request tips for housekeeping- for what?

Excellent staff and management. Served us quickly and politely. Spencer's is fabulous and friendly , and needed more stvers. The stay was quiet. and convenient to GC Railway. Baggage handling was even sent to our rooms. We highly recommend this GC Hotel

The staff was wonderful and the hotel was clean . The pub’s food on site was not good and over priced. We ordered a charcuterie board for $17 which was abysmal . There truly was not one thing we ordered both nights that was worth the money and it was incredibly expensive .

Let’s start with the good. The property was in a convenient location (close to downtown) and had decent amenities within the hotel. They were also very accommodating to any request we had regarding our room and housekeeping. The beds were uncomfortable for my taste, the pillows were too thick and hard, and the hotel runs out of hot water in the morning. I highly recommend the train (Teryl was fantastic) and Bearazonia. In hindsight, we would’ve stayed at an Air BNB for less money and more space.

Room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We ate at Spencer’s pub and the food was very good, and the service was wonderful. We also took the train to the Grand Canyon, and that was an experience that we’ll never forget!! The staff and the whole experience were wonderful. Would stay there and do the train trip again if given the opportunity!!!!

It felt very new and nice. Although the hotel itself is old, it seemed well-maintained.
