The vacation rental home sits right on the water - offering fantastic views of the bay - and is just 10 miles from downtown. After the day's adventures, return to this cozy 3-bed, 1.5-bath house and unwind as your furry friends or children play in the waterfront yard!

Over 1,000 square feet of comfortable, tastefully decorated living space awaits for your return following daily activities. Kick back and relax in the cozy living area, equipped with 2 suede couches and a decorative fireplace (not for guest use).



The fully equipped kitchen provides all the appliances and kitchenware you could need, plus nice additions like a blender and full knife set. Gather around the 6-person dining table to enjoy the chef's feast.



Perhaps the coolest feature of the house is its unique tower, from which you can admire a breathtaking vista of the bay. The bay runs right up to the property's backyard, offering prime views and a peaceful, secluded feel. If the tower isn't your thing, relax and enjoy the sunsets in the newly added hot tub (October 2025).



The Location:



As the oldest settlement in Wisconsin, Green Bay offers a variety of fun activities that will entertain everyone in your group. With a history dating back to the 17th century, the city hosts numerous excellent museums worth visiting.



In town for a wedding or planning one yourself? The new wedding venue, Black Sheep Weddings & Events is a short drive, only 5 miles away.



Learn about the country's interesting railroad history at the National Railroad Museum or visit The Automobile Gallery, which showcases an appreciation for vintage cars as art. Both Heritage Hill State Park and Neville Public Museum highlight the history of northeast Wisconsin.



Sports fans will be intrigued with the role the Packers play in Green Bay, as it's the smallest city with an NFL team, and the Packers are the only NFL team 'owned by its fans.' Check out the Packers-themed Hall of Fame & Museum!



One of the city's most popular attractions is Bay Beach Amusement Park. Other fun outdoor activities include Bay Beach Wildlife Sanctuary, Green Bay Botanical Garden, and NEW Zoo & Adventure Park - all within 25 minutes or less from the cottage. You also might want to pay a visit to the National Shrine of Our Lady of Good Help.

The entire property is yours! The cottage itself including the tower, large back yard (overlooking the bay) and 50 feet of shoreline!



The Neighborhood:

We are one of only 30 homes nestled on this area of shoreline just north of Point Sable. The neighborhood is tucked off of the main road, Nicolet Dr. and is very peaceful!



Getting Around:

Most guests bring a car but if you are a biker, there are plenty of places to bike in the area.

This is a fine little cottage. Everything is quite old, including the stairs to the tower. The tower was dusty and filled with dead flies but did have a nice view. You CANNOT walk on the lake, the neighbors are very protective of their property lines which surprised us. We’ve stayed on Lake Michigan before and part of the draw is enjoying lake walks. The kitchen is outfitted with very old and warped pans which we basically couldn’t use. Overall, stay was fine but the property needs some major updates. The local contact was extremely helpful and kind.

Check-in was great. We were able to get in before the 4:00 check-in time. Dishes were dirty. Cutting knives actually had food stuck to them. It is advertised as a three-bedroom home, but only one room had a closet, which was filled with "stuff." I believe in order to be classified as a bedroom, it is necessary to have a closet. One bedroom had something sticky on the floor beside the bed. A tower is advertised as a nice place to view the lake, however, the key to unlock the door didn't work. The outside of the house is the worst! The wood is black and the rocks and pavers are green with moss or mold. It looks as though nothing on the outside has been cleaned for years. The patio screen door is filled with bugs.Not the type of situation we expected for our annual extended Sister's Weekend.Ramona, Marlene, Frances, Judy, Maryann, & Janielle

Very clean and comfortable with all the amenities and a well stocked kitchen. Close to Green Bay and Door County. We enjoyed the water by wading into the bay and kayaking. We were surprised by the amount of algae (but I guess it’s called Green Bay for a reason!) and wading almost 1/2 mile into the bay. We were also surprised by seeing Pelicans and a bald Eagle. The neighbors were friendly and the neighborhood was quiet. Our family had a great time Exploring all the area had to offer. Go Bills!

Amazing house in prime location

The property was home from home and was so spacious. The beds were clean and comfortable. The views from the garden were breathtaking with a lovely fire pit and bbq for evening get togethers. Would definetly stay here again.

Amazing spot in Green Bay!

Our family had a wonderful long weekend in Green Bay and this cottage was the perfect spot! It was super clean, adorable, and had every single thing we needed to relax and enjoy family time. The owners even left flowers and a birthday card for my husband as I had mentioned we were celebrating his 50th birthday, how thoughtful! My daughters loved sneaking up to the cute tower and we caught gorgeous sunsets each night! Communication with the owners was excellent and the house was beyond comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Cottage with Tower

The cottage and property were excellent. Cottage was clean. Kitchen fully stock with all essential cooking utensils. Bedrooms were clean, fresh linens and spacious. Very much a cottage by the lake vibe. Outside grill, picnic table, lawn furniture were great. My favorite is always the outdoor fire pit. All around great location. Will definitely book again if opportunity comes about.

Green Bay Packers Home Opener

This is a beautiful cottage on the shore of Lake Michigan. The cottage is very clean and spacious with lots to offer. Kayays, bbq grill, fire pit, laundry, wifi, heat and AC. There is a beautiful spot in the tower to grab a book and read or enjoy a morning coffee. The kayaks were a great way to spend a bit of time exploring the shoreline. To finish the stay off we had a nice grill and fire in the pit. I would highly recommend this place to anyone

Perfect Weekend Getaway

My daughters and I all have crazy work schedules. This property is really only minutes from our homes which allowed us to continue to attend children’s sporting events, and checking in with work….but still provided respite from all the stuff that goes along with being at home. Even though it was fairly cold during our stay, we really enjoyed a “bit” of wine in the tower. We will definitely use the property in the future!
