Everything was good, except the alarm clock in the room went off at 2am and we had not set it. Also, the people staying in nearby rooms were up at 3 am blaring the tv and conversing loudly. If not for these issues it would have been a perfect stay.

Overall the facility was clean and well kept. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Property was near busy area of town so the traffic noise was apparent; so it could benefit from being more insulated from that. Otherwise the room was quaint and clean.

The room was fine. The staff was very polite and helpful. Unfortunately, due to an illness we were only able to stay one night and had already prepaid for three nights. Is there any possibility of a refund for the two nights that we were not there?

I knew the decor would be non-traditional, but I still thought it would be quality and functional. There was only a light fixture on one side of each bed. The desk was tiny, room enough for one of the roommates at a time. Roommate meaning my husband/business partner. And, no other chair in the room. Breakfast buffet ends at 9 am, and the lights over the food line literally turned off while I was wrangling with the toaster. If the stafff needs to begin cleaning up, fine; but turn the lights out? Maybe not quite obnoxious, but certainly not welcoming. Then the cleanup gal tossed out all the remaining hard boiled eggs. So you’re in such a hurry to close down that it’s better to throw out the food than let the guest have it or save in the staff refrigerator.There is a zillion other hotels out there. We don’t need to come back to this one.
