Ist of all, no elevators and I am handicapped. I left most of my things in my car because I could barley make it up the stairs. I was told i had romm #115 but after numerous unsuccessful attempts to open the door, I had to go back downstairs. The clerk apparently told me the wrong room #. She was gracious enough to come up with me to make sure the keycard worked. She also brought me ice as the ice machine was on the first floor. The reclining chair was broken and the kleenex and room smelled like mold. I couldn't sleep because I was afraid someone else might gain access to my room if another mistake was made. One of my friends who was a hotel manager for 30 years told me that was a horrific error and I should have been compensated for my room!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

This place is nothing like the pictures I will never get a room here again. It’s dirty an smells The bathroom was so dirty I couldn’t take a shower or even wash up the towels all dirty the room I ordered was a king an they gave me a 2 bed room… both beds were just nasty the sheets an blanket had someone blood on it. I was so upset about everything… the rugs are so dirty a nasty.

This has been one of my worst experiences. I checked in and stay just 15 minutes. The reason for this booking was to avoid driving late home, however, I decided to go instead of staying there. I ordered a non smoking room, and they gave me a smoke smelling one, super dirty, the door was broken and unsafe, one of the curtains was off (someone could see from outside). The bed was smelly and dirty, there were spiderwebs, and the closet door was broken. It was far from the lobby, very unsafe. I don't recommend this place at all. The lady said she would return the money, but haven't done yet.

If not for the satellite interference with the cable , I feel safe and secure here. staff is always near and on hand and always welcoming, and warm . Very accommodating and cheerful, yu feel like family here , even though some of the locals can be a strain on the atmosphere , they handle disruptive behavior immediately and effectively. We can rest with the peaceful surroundings, you get used to the train like a giant coo coo clock, reminding of the hour. Affordable is everything !! Great price 👍

The place looks bad with worn everything from the front office to the stairs and porches. My room, on the other hand was pretty good. Carpet could have used a shampoo and repair but the bed was ok, bath was spotless with lots of hot water and great pressure. Heat was more than adequate.

The whole stay was overall terrible. When I first checked in I was laughed at because I was 18 trying to check in. The listing specifically says minimum age to check in:18. already off to a bad start. Upon getting to the room (after walking up staires that looked like they haven’t been vacuumed or cleaned in 4 years) the outside of the window (the screen) was all smashed in and looked like someone broke in. After getting in the room and going to lock the door immediately because of how sketch the “inn” was we realized the door didn’t even lock and we used the chain lock instead. And you would think by this point I would’ve gone back to the desk and asked for a new room or a refund, but the women at the front desk didn’t seem to be in their right mind and had an aluminum bat behind her desk in plain view (you can see it in another review also). The office that was shown in the listing is clean and bright, not this office, there was plexiglass around the whole thing it was filthy and the staff was just unpleasant to talk to. The bathroom: the shower had a dirt ring along with the toilet, the sink was lined with cigarette burns even though it was marked as non-smoking. The closet does weren’t even attached you tried to roll them open and the bottom goes up into the air. Stains all over the rooms rug ( hair dye?, juice? More cigarette burns?). The beds “blanket” had holes in it like it was years old. The pillowcase was also dirty as if it was just slept on by someone with makeup.
