San Carlos 701 has a full-size washer and dryer and there is Wi-Fi throughout the condo and even on pool deck and beach front area. There is a large outdoor pool, and you are within walking distance of The Hangout and all the unique shops downtown Gulf Shores has to offer.

This is a non-smoking property, and no pets are permitted. The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Monthly rental rates are available November – March 1st.

Parking passes and wristbands must be purchased on site. The office is located on the 3rd Floor. No Boats, RV’s or trailers are permitted.
