Courteous staff who were very efficient. Room was very clean and quiet. Easy on and off the highway. We would definitely use this hotel in the future as it is a perfect halfway point from home to end destination.

The shower in our room was not good at all, no water pressure and so just a dribble coming out. Our friends room was full of mosquitoes which was strange as we had no idea how they got in. No hand cream. It just felt a little shabby and not what we’ve come to expect from this chain.

The hotel is fresh and seems newer. The room was very clean. The lamps did not provide much light, so it was uncomfortably dark in the evening. Breakfast was good. The pool is small, but the kids enjoyed it.

It was a beautiful hotel. First impressionsreally matter and we did not receive such a warm welcome. Did not tell us breakfast hours or pool time but i guess it was all written out but it is nice to have some dialouge when you first go in. But overall a decent stay.

A clean, quiet stay. king Bed was very comfortable. The room was clean, large and well lit. The breakfast was quite good. I found the good expedia reviews to be well deserved. Location was great right off of 81, and closeby to the mechanicsburg grocery, restaurants etc on rte 11. My only negative was that the AC unit was a little loud, but when arent they....?

Called to reschedule my visit because of a family emergency, staff would not reschedule my stay flr the same price nor would they refund my money. I don’t want to go into details but it was a legitimate family emergency. It’s disappointing that they wouldn’t reschedule or refund my money. I will not be staying at this establishment in the future.
