We were only there to sleep. Got there at 130am and left by 8. Did get coffee and tea in the morning! Comfy beds. Noisy in the morning as our room was by a side entrance and it sounded like folks were walking through our room. But it was clean.

One on our way home from Florida traveling to New York. Looked online - hotel had great reviews and easy access off of highway. Everything was great - very clean, convenient, price was perfect and staff very friendly.

So much better than the last holiday inn express we stayed in. This location was very clean, everything worked, and the staff was very nice and helpful. Will stay here again next time we’re in Carlisle.

Dirty rooms. Housekeeping not cleaning!

The room was not clean! Pillows smelled of mould, shower walls had hairs on the walls, and brown spot on toilet lid. Housekeeping OPENED my door at 9:44 am. Didn’t say housekeeping or anything. Knocked once and then opened the door - didn’t wait for a response. Checkout is at 11 so no idea why they’re disturbing people early!!! Totally inappropriate!! Especially a man walking in a room with one female guest!
