AC was on in our room when we arrived. It was 28* outside! Not sure why the heat wasn’t on for us. The next day there was no coffee. When a few guests asked the staff about it she told them there was no more coffee. Once they left she came over and pulled coffee from under the cabinet and refilled it. The room itself was clean but it was minimal so not much to be done. Only shampoo and conditioner in the shower. No body wash provided.

We had breakfast at 6 and it was ready and warm. The room was very clean that we can walk barefoot. Hot water was on command but in the sink it was confusing which side was cold and which was hot. The cold wad not coming out.

It was ok. The walls were pretty dirty especially in the bathroom and our down comforters in both rooms I booked had some stains on them like they weren’t washed. (223&224) Small breakfast selection. We were traveling for club volleyball so thankfully didn’t have to spend too much time there. Even being in non smoking rooms the hallways still kinda smelt like them.
