The staff is excellent. The room is pretty run down and the beds hard. The shower mat was dirty. The bathroom itself and the carpet in the room wasn’t all that clean (dirt on the floor). However, staff is great and very helpfum

I need a refund. I have videos of things not working, your employees not picking calls for over half an hour and their attitude of "you have a request? Do it yourself" was infuriating. Probably top 5 worst places I've ever stayed at.

The room is very outdated and the bathroom was dirty. There was hair and mold in the shower. There wasn’t a comforter on the bed and I woke up in the middle of the night freezing. Glad I only stayed one night and wasn’t in the room too long. I didn’t want to partake in breakfast because I couldn’t wait to check out.

I thought the room was very comfortable. The staff at the front desk were friendly. Breakfast was very good, although some things were not working, like the juice and waffle machines were not totally working properly. The things I did not like, was having no internet access. I was unable to connect even after verifying with the front desk. Housekeeping was questionable. We had 4 people in our room, 2 adults and 2 children. They gave us 3 towels, 2 hand towels and 2 wash cloths. One day I asked housekeeping for four towels because there was four of us. She told me and kept repeating two towels, two towels. We were still in the room, so she quickly put 2 sets of towels in the bathroom and took the dirty towels. She then stuck a third bath towel inside the room door on the counter. She did not take out the garbage. I had to ask for another roll of toilet paper. We also noticed that someone had apparently dropped their key card near the elevators and it was still there two days later. My young grandchildren said hello to 2 housekeepers as we were about to get on the elevator, and one quietly said hi and rolled her eyes, and did not turn to look at the children. The other one turned around with a big smile and said hi to them. I would most likely not stay there again nor recommend this place.
