On the outside the property looks good. Inside lobby is nice, too. Room was just okay. Turning on the hot water in the bathroom and it came out brown. Needless to say, didn’t attempt to take a shower.

Hotel is very clean with friendly staff. Located convenient to USM campus and MugShots restaurant. Gym is clean and equipment is well maintained. Breakfast and coffee is quick and easy. We had a bedside plug not working and maintenance was quick to come replace. Overall a nice place

Good hotel. Clean. Small room, but perfect. Showers not tubs, but clean, good breakfast. Didn't get to spend much time there due to working. Great staff. Great Coffee all day. I would stay again. First time in an Avid - will find them when traveling for work especially.
