AC didn’t work properly. Made banging and clicking noises all night. There were no toiletries and the toilet was dirty. I had to request for my room to be cleaned. Mold in the shower.

The room and facility are very clean. The only issue was the complimentary breakfast. It does not start until 06:30, which is too late for many people who are staying there for work, including me. When I asked if I could perhaps have a couple granola bars or a muffin ahead of time, the answer was no, and that I might try a local gas station in the morning. The whole point of booking a hotel that offers breakfast is to avoid spending $15 or so on breakfast. Other than that the place was great.

Old stains

We thought that the service from check in to check out was excellent. The negative we experienced was the condition of the bed sheets and the pillow cases. Although they appeared to have been recently laundered, there were some older stains (looked like blood on both sheets and pillow cases), which were not very appealing. You would think that with going through all those renovations to upgrade appearances, the staff would have gotten rid of old stained linens.

Although they were renovating areas of the hotel, my room (which was recently renovated) was lovely. The bed was very comfortable, the walk in shower was easy to access, and I loved the Dove products. The staff very friendly and there were a variety of choices for breakfast. I would recommend to friends and family.

The A/C in our room was not working properly, the room was stuffy. The refrigerator was very loud. We asked for extra pillows when we booked the room and they were not happy when we had to ASK FOR THEM AGAIN. The phone did not work to call the front desk. It called a number that was disconnected. We were not satisfied with the accomidations for the most part.

I liked the fact that the hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly, as well as the convenience of the best cigars restaurant and local golf course courses. However, I did not particularly care for my air conditioner in the room 227 seems to be a little outdated. Thank you.
