The Best Western is old and needs remodeled. There was no elevator, therefore we needed to go up and down steps every time. Some of the hallways door knobs we’re loose and didn’t shut properly. The air conditioner was nice and cold but was really noisey probably because it is so old.

The hotel is surrounded by many restaurant and shopping places. The building is old, mattress and spring box are old. The cover on the spring box was torn. Guest staying there were loud outside and scary.

They had no elevator, expecting me to climb stairs with a person who has a disability, then wanted to put me in a room that smell like cigarettes were embedded in the wall.
