Tämä upea ja tilava 4 makuuhuoneen, 3 kylpyhuoneen koti on aivan kuuluisan Harbour Town -golfkentän viidennen reiän päässä, ja siinä on suuret avoimet tilat, täysin varustettu keittiö ja kutsuva takapiha, jossa iso uima-allas, poreallas ja runsaasti istumapaikkoja ulkona. Erittäin yksityinen puisto puron kanssa, joka kulkee talon takana.

Äskettäin tehtyjen suurten parannusten vuoksi tässä kodissa on aivan uusi isossa kylpyhuoneessa oleva kylpyhuone, johon pääsee täysin vammaisesti. Uusia peruskorjauksia ovat upouusi keittiö, jossa on liikuntarajoitteisia työpisteitä ja kaappeja sekä avoin pohjaratkaisu olohuoneeseen. Molemmat vieraskylpyhuoneet on päivitetty samoin kuin uudet huonekalut olohuoneessa. Koko paikka on kevyt ja ilmava. Upea kylpyhuoneen ominaisuudet tekevät siitä ylellisen lisäyksen. Vanha kylpyhuone muutettiin suureksi vaatehuoneeksi. Uutta neljättä makuuhuonetta voidaan käyttää denna- tai vierashuoneena suuren joustavuuden saavuttamiseksi.

Suuri suuri huone on avoin keittiöön ja ruokasaliin, ja siitä on näkymät uima-altaalle ja patio-alueelle. Makuuhuoneessa ja yhdessä vierashuoneessa on king-size-vuoteet, kun taas kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode ja kaksi erillistä vuodetta. Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on oma kylpyhuone upean yksityisyyden takaamiseksi. Nyt olohuoneesta uima-altaalle on aivan uusia liukuovia.

Koti on lyhyen pyöräretken päässä rannalta tai vieraat voivat ajaa ja pysäköidä kauniilla Sea Pines Beach Club -klubilla, jossa voit nauttia rentoista ruokailusta, taiteista ja käsityöistä, vesiurheilusta ja upeasta rannasta. Tai pysy talossa ja nauti virkistävästä uima-altaasta ja kylpylästä. Tai aja polkupyörälläsi lyhyen matkan päässä kuuluisasta Harbourtown-huvialuksesta, josta voit kiivetä majakkaan tai tehdä ostoksia ja nauttia näkymistä.

Fantastic family vacay!

My family of 5 with three adult children (25+) thoroughly enjoyed our visit and stay in Hilton Head! The property was better than advertised and we had the few minor concerns addressed immediately. Nice house

We stayed with family and had plenty of room. The house was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. We had a few issues with the hot tub heating, but got it worked out with the management company. Overall a great place to stay!

Nice Home in Sea Pines

The home is spacious with plenty of room for all guests. The interior layout is functional with a good flow. The home’s location allows for a good access to all of Sea Pines’ activities. The property was very clean. The jacuzzi worked well and allowed for all to be outdoors. The backyard patio-pool-bbq is spacious and useful for all kinds of activities.

Nice and quiet in the middle Greenwood Forest

This house was nice and quiet in the middle Greenwood Forest. We enjoyed using the pool with our adult children. It was nice having a split floor plan so that the children had their own area of the house. It was a short 10 minute bike ride to Harbor Town, South Beach, or the Beach Club from this location. The house was updated and looked brand new. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking or baking. We used the large dining room for meals as well as the outdoor patio table for the six of us.

Great house

We had a great vacation on Hilton Head Island. This was our 2nd time here, first time in Sea Pines. The house was perfect for our large group. Loved having 3 full bathrooms! Jim/Margot the property managers were quick to respond to our questions. One note, to heat the hot tub and pool require advance notice. There is a $50/day charge to heat the hot tub and if you want to heat the pool it’s $100/day. The public access beach is a short bike ride away. Great for morning bike rides on the beach when it’s low tide. We mostly used the beach at the Sea Pines Beach club. Parking there was tricky as spaces are limited. It required a bit of pre planning each day but we made it work. The Beach Club was a 10 minute bike ride from the house. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was a nice size, well stocked and had everything we needed to prepare meals. The dining areas were big enough for us all to sit down together. The drive way fit 4 nice size cars comfortably. The outdoor shower was great, and we enjoyed the hot tub each day. The pool was nice to look at but too cold for us to swim comfortably. All in all, very nice house and I would recommend it to anyone for their vacation.

Great property location. Had everything we needed for thanksgiving dinner prep. Also, the extra bedroom with couch and TV was a definite plus for teenagers. We would stay there again.

Wonderful Experience

This was our first time using VRBO and we won't hesitate to use it again next year for our family vacation! The house was absolutely perfect, exactly as described, and the kids really enjoyed the pool. Since this was our first time with VRBO, we had several questions, and Margot was great about answering them all quickly . Overall just a wonderful experince.

We loved this property. It was clean and when we needed to contact the property manager, they answered very quickly. One of our party is in a wheelchair. The only issue had there was the master shower entrance. The doorway was too narrow to get the chair through. Also the lip at the bottom was concerning because it could have been damaged if the chair went over it. Overall this was a beautiful place that we will consider if we return to Hilton Head Island.

good experience - great location

The layout of the property was great for us and our adult children. The level entry to the house and patio were helpful for those with mobility issues. We really appreciated the labels on the light switches (and other labels). The kitchen was very well stocked and labeled and had a good design. Property management responded promptly when we requested fire ants to be treated on the patio. Overall a good experience and we would recommend this house

Great for family and friends

We travel annually with a group of 3 friends and our teenage son and found this house to be ideal with the extra bedrooms and bathrooms. It was fairly wheelchair accessible. The only issue is getting a shower chair over the lip in the shower, but my son and I managed to get my husband up and over it. The bed height was perfect and he had no other accessibility issues in the house. We all enjoyed the pool and back patio!

Spacious Home

Great house! All one level. Very spacious and perfect set up for our group of 4 friends plus 6 kids (ages 3,3,3,8,9,11). We fit 3 pack-n-plays in the Master bedroom with plenty of space to move around. Had 2 adults in the king bedroom and an adult and 2 kids in the other bedroom. We used the 4th “bedroom” as a kids’ TV room, but it’s plenty big to use as a sleeping area. The kitchen is well stocked and laundry room is nice. The pool was warm enough for the kids to play without needing to heat it in October, but we did have a sunny week. There were a couple of loose bricks on the pool deck that were tended to within a couple hours of texting. Sea Pines Beach Club is a 6 minute drive, which is where we chose to enjoy the beach. Wish we could have stayed longer!

One of our favorites

We have been coming to Sea Pines for years. We were so pleased to find this property. It is now one of our favorite all time rentals! It was clean and updated and had everything we wanted or needed. Location was perfect to easily access both South Beach and Harbourtown. Communication with property management was excellent and timely. Thank you, again, for sharing this wonderful home.
