Located one block off of I-40 in an industrial area. Winslow has a major train yard. The only restaurant open after 9:00pm was a Denny's in a gas station. We stopped there on our way to the Meteor Crater. The beds were comfortable and the rooms and hotel were clean. All the vending machines were empty.

There's no elevator so remember you have to take your luggage up the stairs the rest was great

Pro: The young lady checking me was a doll. She was very kind and helpful. Complimentary breakfast. Cons: Now, I realize that I was not going to walk into the Ritz Carlton, but the room I was in was abysmal. The bathtub was filthy with stains, and it appeared that they had previously painted the tub, but it was chipping and had hair in it. It literally looked like nobody had cleaned the bathroom. The room itself had paint chipping off the wall, dirty walls, and filthy furniture. I immediately had the young lady at the front desk change my room. She apologized and moved me to the room next door. The property was sketchy-looking, too. I will go somewhere else if I ever need to spend a night in Winslow, Az again.

I was unsatisfied with my last booking. I booked the first night at a discount. Unknown to me, I was given a handicapped room. I am not handicapped. I didn't bother looking at the room because all the other on the other bookings I was given a room almost twice the size of this last room and 111 I didn't see the room until the second night and I was very unsatisfied so was my friend I don't understand why I got a handicap room when neither of us are handicapped and I don't know probably I don't know if all of them book anymore rooms there maybe you can make this right maybe you can give me a coupon or something but yeah I was highly unsatisfied maybe if I would have given some kind of notice that oh we only have one available room it's a handicap room I could have made the decision to move forward with the booking but unfortunately I wasn't given thand my

I woke up and found a lizard in my room. I scooped him up, walked to the front desk, showed the man working there, who didn't say or do ANYTHING, and then I released the little fella outside in the landscaping. I paid $65 for the room so my expectations were not high, but at least have someone at the desk who will acknowledge that's not normal and apologize for the inconvenience.
