Important before booking: Seaside Beach House #203 is a top-floor unit with no elevator — stairs are required to reach the condo. Guests with mobility limitations should note this before booking.

The top floor gives this unit the best elevated position in the building — and the 14-foot private balcony faces the Gulf directly with unobstructed sunset views. Guests watch dolphins from this balcony. It's where the mornings go, where the evenings end, and where most of the stay actually happens.

At 950+ square feet, this is a larger layout than most one-bedroom condos at this price point. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas all face the Gulf. New laminate flooring throughout — no carpet — keeps the space fresh and easy to maintain after beach days. The king master suite has a private balcony entrance and en-suite bathroom. A twin sleeper in the living room accommodates a third guest. One and a half bathrooms total. Shared ground level laundry.

The kitchen is fully equipped for meals at home. Flat-screen TV in the living room. High-speed WiFi included. Some beach gear is provided. The heated community pool is at the beachside.

Please note: this property is not suitable for electric vehicles or electric golf carts. Covered parking for one vehicle included.

Pros: Great location if you like the beach. The unit is the right size for two people. The pool is a good alternative to the beach. Amenities close by. Cons: The unit and the property could do with some updates. The ceiling fan on the balcony is ready to fall down. Suggestions: A bar height bistro set on the balcony would be great.

Winter getaway

Our first time to Anna Maria Island. The property was clean and suited our needs. Gorgeous sunsets off the patio were amazing. The bed was comfortable. As prior reviews mentioned, the carpet is old and the colors are dark. You do have to go up 6 small flights of stairs to get to the unit. It wasn’t a problem for us. Beach chairs are available in a locker downstairs, near the laundry facilities.

Perfect Sunset Getaway

Located on a quiet part of the island, while still being close to many great restaurants. Property felt like home, including a comfortable bed and spacious rooms. Balcony was great for sunsets, and beach access could not be closer. Stayed at many AMI properties and would definitely return to this one!

Stairs and crowded on beach

The unit was nice and the beach was beautiful. The only issues for us was one the stairs we had to climb with suitcases and groceries I thought we were on a second floor in reality the car park was one so the second floor was really like a third floor. The other issue was that the complex is right next to a public access which I assume is why it was so crowded in front of our condo. Other than that it was great beautiful sunsets.

On the beach, top floor, wide balcony, enormous condo, beach chairs/umbrellas/toys in secure locker, barefoot through entry to beach. Near trolley stop. Sunsets from the balcony. We were able to decompress and totally enjoy our stay.

This rental is the perfect location on the island, literally a few steps to the beach with beachfront oceanfront views from the balcony. The unit is the perfect size for a couple and had EVERYTHING needed for a perfect week. A huge pool, beach chairs and umbrella, great bed and pillows. We have been going to Anna Maria Island for 7 years and this may be our fav rental.

Very nice!

For the most part everything was clean and neat. Nice location, beach, leni. view... Suggestions: Up date the beach chairs and umbrella. The low chairs to the ground looked reasonably new, however tough for older people to get in and out of. Could use some dvds too and new written instructions for using the tv and dvd player. Otherwise we had a great time.

Great location

Anna Maria has small pockets of restaurants and shops in different parts of the island but not many are within walking distance of each other. Seaside Beach is in an ideal area where you are not far from most by car and one of the larger shopping centers is within walking distance. You have an absolutely perfect view of the ocean and sunsets. Very private.

Wonderful place and location

Perfectly equipped, clean great sleeping bed . First time at Holmes Beach. Unlike much of west Florida seemed to survive hurricane Ian. Some annoyance by red tide but that is the chance you take in this part of Fla. at this time of year. We would definitely return. Steve Bing

GREAT LOCATION!!

Loved the area we were in. Beach front, able to walk to restaurants and super quiet! Loved it. It had all the amenities as described and management company was proactive and available. Our only complaint would be that there is carpet in a beach place and it’s kinda old. Other than that, great. Would definitely rent from this company again. Thanks

Loved the location! Close to everything! Loved waking up to the ocean view! The bed was comfy and nice. The 2couches however could use some updating!- pretty uncomfortable. But other than that it was great! I would book again!!
