The staff -front desk, porters, wait staff at Orchids and Room Without a Key-was consistently welcoming and friendly. Dinner and breakfast at Orchids food and presentation superb. When a beef carpaccio appetizer was delayed, they presented a beet salad to tide us over. If you value the last art of 5-Star service food and drink don’t miss this place.

Halekulani is truly a five star property. The staff are great. The service is top-notch. The food was excellent. Also like the location on the water but away from the hustle and bustle of the main shopping district. It is a very well run property.
