The staff was kind, efficient, and tried to remedy my concern. The issue was that the shower head had some type of black residue on the bottom third. I tried to wipe it away before calling the front desk. One of the desk associates came to try to clean it but couldn’t (she said it was rust). They offered us another room which we took. When we got to that room, it had the same problem. That was the only issue.
