This property is generally pretty well kept. This time we stayed in a large 3 bedroom which some of the doors are locked like the pantry and such which unsure why. This hasn’t happened before. Oh and there was a lady selling her place who went off her rocker and was constantly yelling religious things to guests which scared kids away from the pools.

Disappointed!

We stayed in the double queen room last building. Since we had a bottom floor there was no view, which was disappointing since that was one of the main reasons we booked here. The rooms were clean but very bland looking. Comfy pillows and matress but the main reason for a low rating was the bed frames are so cheap and rickety. Any movement you felt like they would buckle. These really need to be swapped out! If would not stay here again the this alone. If it were not for the poor bed frame quality i would give it a second chance. The gal at the front desk at check in was great!

We absolutely loved the unit we got to stay in, it was really first class. Our only complaint would be that the Grille restaurant was only about half full, but they seem to be shortstaffed and the wait was over an hour for a table.

The room was very nice and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the kitchenette was very convenient. The onsite grill was reasonably priced and portions were large. The food quality was very good and all staff and servers were extremely friendly, professional, and courteous. This is a true "Resort" property at just high end hotel prices. I look forward to my next visit.

The setting is fantastic right on a beautiful golf course. The room is nice and comfortable. The shower though might have been the worst shower hotel I have ever experienced. It was almost shocking that a resort as well put together as Sand Hollow would have such a poor shower.
