The rooms are gorgeous definitely an upgrade from the Cape Coder. We wish though there were small drier machines on each floor in order to dry the bathing suits that would be perfect!

We loved our stay at Margaritaville and we will definitely be back! We went to the water park and spent hours in the lazy river! We even went down the water slides! The timing of when the large hot tub was open in the water park was confusing and we could not get an answer out of the staff. Sounds like they don’t have a set schedule and we weren’t able to enjoy that part which was a little frustrating. Other than that we have zero complaints!

Doesn’t disappoint

beautiful grounds, music and delicious food. Many young families enjoying the double water park. Free outdoor pool way undersized and fenced in from rooms. Large grassy area with over sized hammocks , music, games was the place to be. Having Cape beaches so close is great. We will return. We loved Margheritavilles in Orlando and Hollywood Beach Fl which are bigger overall.

Pretty inside property and outside pool could’ve been better/ cleaner. They should have staff coming around to check pool. There was a bandaid in pool and lots of bugs. Should be skimmed often. I was there from 1-6 pm and it wasn’t attended too. Also I was supposed tbere was no music playing at all being its a margaritaville resort. Rooms very nice and clean and comfy beds. I think a complimentary continental breakfast should be included for the price. Everything from the water park to arcade is pay separately. The waterpark although is discounted for guests to 30$ still expensive for 4 kids should be included while staying at the hotel as a nice perk. Overall was nice to experience.

Not Great. Service is an after thought.

Not great. Staff members need an attitude adjustment. Almost every single front desk staff member had an unprofessional attitude. Upon check in we were given an inferior room with no view, despite paying an upcharge for a room with a courtyard view, as they advertised. The second front desk staff member we dealt with had a horrible attitude, and in our opinion should not be working with the general public. Fortunately, the manager who I spoke to on the the phone credited us for the room, as well as an issue with the bellhop. The on site restaurant is very disappointing food wise. The food was frozen, packaged, and just all around not good, and was a terrible value. In contrast, the breakfast buffet next to it is very good, and a good value at $20. As others have mentioned this 'resort' is mostly for families, not for couples. Lots of kids running around, the pool was kid central (even the Jacuzzi!). Security wise it seems OK. We saw the local police department do drive-by checks in the parking lot, at least twice during our stay. Not sure if this is because there are crime issues, or just preventative. Upon checkout the key system locked us out while we were bringing our belongings to our vehicle. This was BEFORE the 11 AM checkout time, and we ended up locked out with another traveler. We then all had to walk all the way around the hotel (very far!) to the front desk to get new keys! The front desk attendant said it's happened to others. Why not fix it???

Because i was a third party purchase i was put in the back of resort with no elevator ( i have a disability) there was no light on only my balcony my room was near piping. None of the amenable that was offered in the package was available. I am very dissatisfied

The staff was very friendly and informative. The resort was very clean. The landscaping outside was done beautifully. The water park was a great size for my 9 year old who is not the greatest swimmer. The game room being open 24 hours was awesome! The only area of improvement is breakfast. I do wish the restaurant was open for "cook to order" breakfasts. My son is a picky eater and it would have been more convenient to eat pancakes or waffles at the resort versus traveking into Downtown Hyannis. The onl
