Recently remodelled, it is the only apartment of its type in Lagada Bay, accommodates up to four comfortably and is complete with air conditioning. The entire property has been fitted out to the highest standards with tiled floors, granite worktops and a contemporary design-led interior.

Attention to detail has been paid to make this stunning property the epitome of luxury accommodation. The living area has a 42” High Definition LED TV with surround sound system. The music system links wirelessly via Bluetooth, so remember to bring your iPhone or iPad to listen to your favourite music or radio stations. The Studio also boosts its own Wi-Fi internet throughout the apartment, which not many apartments at Bayview have.
