We are on the third floor, on a quiet part of the building away from the pool. Accessing the pool is easy, but you don’t have the noise. Third floor is also great because you don’t have to depend on the elevator if you’re able to climb stairs! We have continuously made improvements on this unit since we purchased it eight years ago. Check us out!
During your stay at this condo building, you're just a quick walk from Eau Gallie Beach. Laundry facilities are available. The condo offers a kitchen and 2 bathrooms.

We have stayed at this property in the past and it is a consistent favorite location. Great views of the beach, especially at night seeing the full moon on the ocean. The sounds of the waves. The unit is well stocked, clean, organized, good quality as always. Great communication with the owner.
