Communication from the staff was amazing! The room was clean, the hotel was quiet, close to anything you wanted to do in International Falls, any questions we had were answered in a timely manner & next time we're in the area, this is where we'll be staying. 10/10 would recommend.

Very nice remodel to this place!! Was in town for a family reason. Parking lot was plowed, sidewalks and stairs and walkways were very well salted. The lady working was incredibly friendly and kind. Room was very clean. Bed and bedding were comfortable. A very basic, small room, but clean, had TV, microwave and a very cold fridge (YAY! because most hotels the fridge is barely ever cold). Wish there had been the HDMI option on the TV screen for kids to hook up gaming system. Very pleased with our stay and have already recommended it to others!! We'll definitely be back if needed! Thanks!

The staff were really nice and friendly, we left the computer bag in the room when we checked out without knowing it until we arrived to our next stop more than 500miles away. We contacted the service staff, they offered to ship it to us, even though it didn't work out due to the post office was on strike, but we are really appreciate with their help. Will definitely recommend to our friends

It was my first time staying somewhere that I had no face to face contact with a front desk person BUT the man on the phone when I called to add an additional night to my room was FABULOUS.. He was so kind and helpful . Its an older motel but was still clean and I felt very safe as a solo traveler
