ac did not work, nor did the tv. We were only staying the night and they said it wouldn't be looked at until the next day. People in next room had multiple issues with their room also. We got our $ back and went to another place. Avoid, as this needs working ac and tv. Staff tried to help but GM didn't care. GM is a part owner and this is poor customer service

Beautiful oceanfront room, renovated, clean. Deducted a star because the blinds in the bedroom (parking lot side) were not sufficient to darken the room at night. Needs blackout curtains!

First two nights were great, then we decided to stay an extra night. We had to move rooms as our room was reserved for that night. I went to reception desk and asked for another room. He said no problem. I requested not to be on the road because of the traffic noise or second floor as we are over 70. Was told don’t worry about it and they had plenty of beautiful rooms. Come back to check in and ended up by the road and second floor. When going back to reception he told me that’s all they had left. Lol. Only 1/4 of parking lot full. The hotel was nearly empty. Interesting
