Desperately needs updating! Room was very clean but bathtub was old & extremely stained. Some staff have no clue of activities & contact # for same. Restaurant was closed - I chose this property cause it had a restaurant. TV remote didn’t work well so you had to browse through every channel. Hot tub (inside) & pool were very clean & maintained. Parking - was difficult. No assigned spots & all the pickups were huge & needed more space. I would stay there again - but not my 1st choice!

Exceptional beautiful view from the window, Clean room, Very much helpful staff, decent size of the room. Building is super old and very noisy flooring even we walk with baby steps, washroom toiletries were not as expected, washbasin drain get clogged even after using 2-3 min hand wash, coffee machine was not good.

We booked this stay for our 24th anniversary, the tonquin inn ended up upgrading our room on top of a bottle of wine as a gift. My favourite place to stay in paper, this is now my 4th time here

Rooms are very small , very noisy and there is no ventilation whatsoever. You have heat option but the AC or fan don't work in winter so even if the heat is off , the room is too warm because of heat in rooms below.. So have to keep the door open with the door latch on all night. This hotel needs renovations.
