Nothing like the website at all, No pool it was closed and locked shut very dirty, No breakfast at all. Very dirty throughout. All vending machines out of order. Many rooms used for storage. People living there long term. Windows busted out No AC. Roaches in the room. Also we couldn't et any towels

The hotel was very reasonable in price and as such was what I expected. It was old and you could smell stale smoke. But it was clean and free of critters crawling about. The breakfast had fresh fruit, waffles, cereal and bagels. Available was coffee, tea and juice.

I saw other guests complaining about the lack of hot water in their rooms, but our water was hot and ready. The place was very clean and about what I expected for the price.

I am definitely not a person to write a review. But when we came back to our room after the first nights stay, the room wasn’t cleaned or made up. There were no fresh towels. The bed wasn’t made. When I mentioned this to the front desk, they said that they don’t make up the rooms in between check-in and checkout because they said they got complaints from guests that they didn’t want the cleanup crew in their room when they weren’t there. I suggested they let their guest know upon check-in. The other thing I noticed was fingerprints on all the glass doors and chrome surfaces. Like they hadn’t been touched by any cleaning products or person in a while.

The hotel is old and it shows. So something like furniture was just not what you would want to use after being in a hotel room for who knows how many years. Had a suite which is basically a double room. Lights had been worked on so there was one switch for all eight ceiling lights which were all led and all on at once. Bathroom had a tub no shower except a hand held in the tub. Bottom line it's just old and upgrades need to be done but done professionally.
