Good service, but floor unclean

Front desk staff helped us get there due to traffic problems. The shuttle drivers were fantastic. I spilled water on the floor near the bed and upon wiping it up with a bathroom towel it came up very dirty. We chose this place to be close to the airport.

The girl at the front desk was super nice and accommodating. We really appreciated all her help. The only issue we had was there were noisy guests at 6 am in the morning going for breakfast that talked loudly in the hallway. With no carpets in the rooms, their voices echoed and woke us up. Other than that the room was super quiet.

Very convenient place to stay before leaving on our cruise. We wanted a hotel that had an airport shuttle but we had to wait more than an hour even after calling for it. Hotel was very nice, staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast had great cinnamon rolls.
