Overall, the hotel room was okay, but the cigarette smoke was unbearable and triggered a coughing fit. With no other rooms available and no option for a refund, the experience ended up being terrible.

The property is somewhat older and worn, but clean and quiet. The staff is always friendly and helpful. (This is my 3rd visit.) The area around the hotel (shopping center parking lot and residential area) looks a little sketchy, with people walking around outside at 3:30am in bad weather.....but no problems on any visit. Decent breakfast too.

Nasty hotel

I ended up booking at a different hotel due to the conditions at this establishment. Now i am unable to get a refund because the front desk said that i didnt request one in which i did not want one because there was no way i was even going to stay there.

Unsatisfactory Grade

I ended up not staying. Hotel seem to have a lot of homeless people staying there...not conducive for someone who is travelling. The room was really small and smelled musty like someone had been smoking prior to my arrival.
