Room was clean and I didn't realize there would be a kitchenette. The most disappointing part of the stay was the lack of concept pertaining to the brewery in the room itself. It was just very generic even though it was spacious. I was hoping for either PBR or brewing related decor or features in the room.

The staff were really friendly and welcoming. I loved the beer on arrival and even when they seemed super slammed the staff were always kind. That said the hotel was completely booked up and when we arrived we were given a room that was on the bottom flor and looking onto the bar patio. It didn't feel very private and we couldn't have the window curtains open ever unless we wanted to be a fishbowl for people eating. The reservation wasn't cheap so although clean and comfortable we weren't thrilled. There was a tag on our bed that offered room service breakfast if we put the filled out tag on our door handle before 2am - we thought this was a great idea and decided to go for this, but when the time we selected came and went checked our door and the tag was still there. It turned out they forgot to take it. The front desk person offered to rush it for us but nearly an hour later we still hadn't received our food. When it did come, it was past our check out time, we got only half the order and no cutlery so we left it - we had to leave to catch our next appointment. I could see the staff were so busy, and as I said they were kind and clearly in the weeds, but over all I would hate to book again and have the same experience.

Unique way to take in MKE culture

A Beautiful building and really stylish rooms. Close to a grocery store for a late night pickup and we had our morning coffee 1 block away at the original Pabst building. Great price for the stay.
