Terribly dirty. No supervisor or manager available to talk to until Monday. Checked out 30 minutes after check in. Headboards scratched, holes in furniture, linen dirty, pool dirty. Was shown 6 different rooms and they all looked the same. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend. It was my kids birthday as well so I wasted money on the rooms and didn’t get my money back had to book another hotel while the party guests were showing up. Extremely embarrassing! Never again!

Room furniture worn. Bathtub drain block did not work. Shower options did not work. Windows covered with sheeting - could not see out - felt like being in a tunnel. Nasty bedding with plastic or nylon pillowcases. Outlets did not function. It was really horrible for the price.

The window view was a a painted plastic with brown paint on it and couldn’t see outside at all. The smell of the hotel was horrible it smelled like paint fumes. Pulling up to the hotel it didn’t even look like it was even open.

You can tell that they are going through a renovation right now. The lobby and gathering areas have been updated and are nice. The rooms need a lot of work. Beds were not comfortable and the headboard pleather was pealing. There was a rip in the sleeper sofa cushion that could flipped because it was ripped on the other side as well. A good amount of mold in the shower as well.

I only stayed one night, but I really enjoyed my stay. My room was clean and comfortable. The halls were quiet. We were next to an elevator, but there was no noise in my room. Everyone was very hospitable. I would definitely stay here again.

We are done staying at this property. It has been in a steady decline over the last few years. We always enjoyed this hotel but recently we have experienced a reduction in quality of room cleanliness and appearance. Headboards need replaced, couch cushions all frayed. Bathroom is not aesthetically appealing. Stairway is not clean.
