Too notch staff. Makes all the difference. Breakfast was just typical. Only drawbacks were the unreliable internet connection and the overwhelming smell and cold temperature in the pool area.

WARNING, THEY OVERBOOK!

Upon arrival, I was told hotels.com overbooked and they didn't have the rooms I reserved. The lady at the front desk was very insensitive, short and defensive. I had 3, two bedroom suites reserved for a team bonding experience. My room were booked 6 weeks in advance. When I asked why I was receiving email confirmations from they, she said that it wasn't really them sending those emails, that it was the 3rd party, hotels.com with their name on it. I was offered separate rooms instead of my 2 bedroom suites and the sofa couch was going to be counted as a bed, for the same price! It took 45 minutes of trying to resolve the situation. I did not get much sleep after this experience!

Nice room for the price and love the kitchenette. Supplies were all there and our one night stay was very comfortable. Love how pet friendly the property is with multiple potty stations and plenty of grass surrounding the building.
