For work-related reasons, I have had to stay at this hotel roughly 10 times, usually in different rooms. Although they remodeled it to look attractive in photographs, the building is in disrepair. Over the last few months we have experienced all kinds of drama: evacuated the building due to burst pipes and flooding, multiple days with no hot water, and the ever-present sewer gas (which affects the sink and shower drains in every room, apparently), broken plumbing fixtures that fall off when you touch them, doors that don't lock. The staff at this franchise (I don't think Hyatt runs this location) don't seem to know what to do with all of these calamities. I would avoid this hotel if you can. There are similar problems at the Hyatt down the street, but I haven't stayed there as often. Also, especially avoid weekend stays unless you are involved with youth sports. The teenagers run wild in the hallways throughout the night, and there's nothing you can do about it.

We enjoyed our stay. There were some very loud girls roaming the hall about 11:00 the second night . I stuck my head out the door and ask one girl if they could quiet down. She simply walked by me and didn’t even acknowledge me. But the staff was nice and our room was clean.

Hotel lobby was very nice, got to our room the couch was pretty gross and very much needed to be cleaned. Very stained up and smelled musty. Our bathroom floor looked like it hadn’t been swept/clean. Other peoples hair on the floor. Didn’t feel like the air in our room worked well it was very humid and stuffy all night. Woke up at 4:45am went to shower.. no hot water whatsoever but the kicker was when I went to turn on the shower nothing was coming out of the shower head. Completely broken. Imagine my frustration when 2 adults and a child need to get ready at 4:45am and can’t properly shower. Ended up leaning over the tub to wash hair and called it good. My only true positives were our bedding was clean and the lobby was nice. That’s it. So very frustrated with our stay and how much we paid for what we got.

The front desk staff were not very friendly. Especially the black woman working in the morning of 11/1/25 . While I was standing at the bar to ask for plates for breakfast, since there were none, she intentionally looked straight ahead and walked away. I understand there were many people there due to tournaments happening, however, intentional unfriendly customer service is uncalled for. The hotel itself was very nice and clean, except the smell of the dining sink, smelled like rotten eggs when the drain plug was taken off
